  • To search for an Arbitration Award, you may select an arbitration type and/or enter a Case Number, Text, and/or a Date Range (Date Award was Served) in the fields below. Users may search by date range, arbitration type, case number or text, or a combination of date range and arbitration type and case number or text. Text may include words in the award such as the Case Number, Claimant Name, Respondent Name or Arbitrator Name. If you wish to search by an exact phrase/words, include the text within quotations (e.g., "Jane Doe"). Please note that exact spelling is required.
  • All awards are posted in FINRA's Arbitrator Awards Online database as the awards are or were issued. FINRA makes no representation as to whether or not an award is later vacated, modified, or confirmed. All such awards are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
